  • Students must have studied Maths, Physics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as a main subject in their 12th class.

• For PG Courses:

  • Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree related to Engineering or equivalent.

  • Enrollment in postgraduate engineering and technology programs (M.Tech), Telangana State Council of Higher Education's (TSCHE) regulations are followed when creating technical courses for all study specialties.

  • Applicants should maintain a minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved category) for admission into PG courses. 

  • Candidates should attend the Entrance Exam for specific programmes.
