Top Government BCA Colleges in India 2025

1. Indira Gandhi National Open University

IGNOU was established in 1985 by an Act of Parliament. It has been ranked 1st in the open university category by NIRF and accredited with an A++ grade by NAAC. It has a total of 279 programmes in regular, online, open, and distance learning(ODL) mode.  IGNOU offers various UG, PG, diploma, certificate, PG certificate, and diploma programs. Students interested in computing and IT as a career can pursue a Bachelor of Computer Applications from IGNOU. It offers a BCA degree in ODL mode for 3 years.

Amity University, Noida, is a private university founded in the year 2005. It is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and is recognized by the UGC and has been accredited with an A+ grade by the NAAC. Amity University offers a 3-year BCA program with 6 semesters.

• Pass class 12th examination with 50% aggregate marks from a reputed board with maths, computer science, computer applications, web application, IT, artificial intelligence as core subjects.

• Selection of the students will be based on a personal interview.

  Madras Christian College was started in 1837. MCC is a private, autonomous college affiliated with the University of Madras. It is situated in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.   MCC BCA eligibility criteria

• Pass in Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent with 50% aggregate marks.

• Students plus 2 marks are required, and class 12th marks will not the accepted.

Require students to have studied mathematics, business mathematics, computer science, and computer applications.

• MCC 3-year BCA course fee is INR 1,02,000.
