• IIT-Madras admissions are open for the May 2025 batch.

• Application forms will close on 20th May.

• Qualifier phase week 1 will start from 30th May, 2025.

IIT-Madras Eligibility

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology was founded in 1987. It was declared a deemed university in 2002, under the aegis of the Human Resource Development, New Delhi. It is an autonomous institution located in Jalandhar, Punjab. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology offers various specializations in B.Tech of 4 years and M.Tech courses of 2 years. Students applying to B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology need to read the Prospectus 2025-26.

• Passed senior secondary (10+2) with 75% marks aggregate or equivalent CGPA. 

• Applicants who have passed bachelor's degree of 4 years with 60% or equivalent CGPA.

3. College of Engineering Trivandrum

College of Engineering Trivandrum was started in 1936. It is a public engineering college situated in Sreekariyam, near Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station in Kerala. College of Engineering Trivandrum is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and is also approved by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and AICTE. It has 8 UG courses, 27 PG courses, and a doctoral program. College of Engineering, Trivandrum, offers a 4-year B.Tech program at UG level with a total intake of 60 to 120 students per year. At PG level, students can opt for the M.Tech program of 2 years with a total intake of 18 students per year in each of its specializations. Except, 36 intake in structural engineering.

CET eligibility for B.Tech

• Pass class 12th with a minimum aggregate of 45% from a recognized educational board to be eligible for B.Tech program in CET.

• For M.Tech program admission, students must have a 4-year bachelor's degree in any discipline with 55-65% marks from a recognized univeristy.

Entrance exam required for admission to CET

• Selection for B.Tech program will be based on scores obtained in the Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Entrance Test (KEAM) and JEE MAINS.

• Selection for M.Tech will be based on GATE scores.

  CET B.Tech fee

• CET charges total B.Tech program tuition fee of INR 34,600*.

• Students applying for M.Tech program will have to pay a tuition fee of INR 40.5 lakh*.

  4. SRM institute of science and technology

  SRMIST is a private deemed univeristy founded in 1985, in Kattankulathur, Chengalpattu, near Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. SRMIST is approved and recognized by statutory bodies like UGC, AICTE, NBA an accredited with A++ grade by NAAC.

  SRMIST engineering course admissions are open for 2025. Students can opt for B.Tech+M.Tech(integrated) and M.Tech program. Online application fee is INR 1400 for each phase. They are non-refundable. Visit SRMIST official website and access the admission form.

SRMIST eligibility criteria

• Students must be of indian nationality.

• Applicants must have passed 10+2 or appeared in higher secondary examination with a minimum 60% aggregate in physics, mathematics, and either chemistry/ biology/computer science as major subjects in regular streams from any board like CBSE/ISCE/IB/NIOS recognized by law in India.

• For M.Tech admsiion, a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized univeristy.

SRMIST entrance exam

• Admission to engineering courses will be through a qualifying examination -SRMJEEE.

• SRMJEEE online application is closing on 6th June, 2025.

• Phase 3 deadline is 30th June, 2025.

• For M.Tech program, admission is through SRM JEEE (PG).

• SRM JEEE (PG) phase 3 application deadline is 30th June, 2025.

• Preference will be given to students with qualifying GATE scores.

• selection will be based on an interview conducted by univeristy.

SRMIST fee

• B.Tech annual tuition fee is INR 1,00,000.

• M.Tech annual tuition fee is INR 1,60,000.

• One-time nonrefundable and non-transferable registration fee is INR 10,000/15,000 to be paid for all programs.
